5 TV Series With New Earth Leadership

New Earth leadership is an era of leadership where leaders will lead from an expanded awareness as to their purpose in the world and how they can be of service to all of humanity – not just a single community.

Here are 5 TV series that use the power of storytelling to show us New Earth leadership and why this is an important shift in leadership priorities during a time of pivotal socio-economical shifts and accelerated spiritual awakening globally!

TV SERIES 1: THE GOOD PLACE

The Good Place uses storytelling to examine saving Earth from multiple perspectives:

• Is it possible?

• Is it necessary?

• What’s the answer?

• What are the obstacles?

• Who’s responsible?

My favourite aspect of the show is that it teaches us about the power of self-growth.

There’s a powerful New Earth leader in all of us. True leadership is not about your credentials, connections or control: it’s about the choice to do better than the day before and make a commitment to serve people.

TV SERIES 2: Avatar: The Last Airbender

Next, Avatar: The Last Airbender teaches us of the integral part our Element has to play in our leadership.

Here’s what I mean by that…

• Earth Signs (Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn) are Earth Benders or Earth Alchemists whose superpower is their ability to shift the world with their actions, habits and routine unlike any other group of signs, which makes them fantastic business owners and big enterprise leaders.

• Air Signs (Gemini, Libra and Aquarius) are the Air Benders or Air Alchemists whose greatest gift is their ability to communicate any idea and turn ideas into movements using the power of the tongue. Not only are they fantastic speakers, but they make amazing teachers and idea generators.

• Water Signs (Cancer, Pisces and Scorpio) are the Water Benders or Water Alchemists who are most skilled at interpreting people’s intentions and motives and have a natural ability to lead people because they relate to them in both their struggles and victories. Safe to say, you want a Water Sign to be your Community Leader and hold space for an honest, open flow of co-creation.

• Fire Signs (Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius) are the Fire Benders or Fire Alchemists who may be unpredictable and highly reactive, but their inherent power and gifts are needed to keep the evolution of Earth ongoing, because they may challenge you, but in the process they will help you channel more of your own potential and help you with your self-actualisation across all levels.
  

How wonderful it is that we are finally opening up to learning from our Ancestors – those who created the foundation for us to walk the Earth, so that we can continue the legacy building. Once we restore the forgotten knowledge, it’s time to put it to action and practice it!

TV SERIES 3: The Wheel of Time

Following, The Wheel of Time showed us exactly what the role of Lightworkers is in society and how integral they are to the protection of humanity and our sacred gifts.

We each have a role to play in the Divine plan, but some of us have a more important assignment than others, which likely involves heightened spiritual or psychic gifts, much like the abilities some of the characters developed during their own awakening and evolution, which is why we need the protection and guidance of people appointed to walk the path of Lightworkers.

The show also explored the ongoing battle between the Light and the Dark, how to be a great judge of character and maintain balance on Earth, as well as how to look after the justice of humanity without getting corrupted or biased in the process: a task that might be impossible even for the Gods who are doomed to favour some players more than others in the infinite course of Time.

TV SERIES 4: Good Omens

Similarly, Good Omens brought into perspective the nuanced, complicated mission of protecting Life on Earth and humans, when much of what we’re going through is a learning experience for all.

It is through trial and error that we learn to do better and the ultimate goal remains for us to try and do better every single day.

But even the Gods, surrounded by Angels, Archangels, Demons and all other types of titles you can think of, make mistakes sometimes.

As long as our mistakes can be reversed, learned from or amended through the power of Love, we’ll be alright.

TV SERIES 5: Ted Lasso

Finally, Ted Lasso showed us how to lead with an open heart.

Many speak about empathetic leadership, authentic leadership, inclusive leadership and leading with love, but very few actually know know how to do it in real life.

Ted Lasso helps us visualise how we can embody more of our Higher Self to inspire those around us to be more honest and authentic as well.
